We currently use Royal Mail to despatch 90% of our online orders. Royal Mail will deliver Monday to Saturday, usually mid-morning when your postman comes! 

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days (it’s usually less than 24 hours though!). 

Our working days are Monday to Friday. If your order is received on a Friday (pm) it will be shipped on the Monday. Please note that we are closed on all bank holidays so no orders will be despatched or delivered on these days. Please bare in mind the delivery timescales below start when your parcel has been collected by Royal mail and not when you placed your order.

Whilst we strive to get all orders packed and delivered as quickly as possible, sometimes it may take longer than quoted.

In very rare circumstances if your items are not in stock we will inform you via the e-mail provided during checkout. 

We currently do not charge anymore postage for larger or heavier parcels.

We can not be held responsible for delays to your delivery due to courier errors, delays or parcels being lost in the system. We have no  control over the service Royal Mail provides, although we are always happy to help if your order has still not arrived after 10 WORKING DAYS. 

If you have NOT received your order within 10 WORKING DAYS, please do contact us as there may have been an issue with the postal service. Royal Mail requires a 14 day period to pass before parcels can be classed as lost

We receive the address details from the details on the order sheet from our site – please ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot always change the address once it has been fulfilled.

Royal Mail will leave a calling card if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 2-3 working days. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 2-3 working days your parcel will be returned back to us . Unfortunately this will incur a further delivery charge if you wish to have the parcel resent.

Please note that our couriers do not use refrigerated transport when delivering items so bear this in mind when ordering. During hot spells goods in transit can be affected by extreme heat so please be aware items of a delicate nature such as chocolate may not always look as pictured, but they will of course still taste as good as ever. We cannot accept responsibility for items melting during transport.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with the wrong postal charges.


We are unable to currently accept any returns for loose sweets due to their perishable nature and  for hygiene reasons.

Items which have been opened can not be returned. Goods damaged through no fault of your own or errors with your orders will need to be notified to us within 24 hours via [email protected] Please send an image of any damaged products, your order number and an explanation of the problem.  Please do not return any items until we have replied to your email. We require photographic evidence for all damage to items so please send this in – if you throw the item away we may not refund you as we have no proof the item was damaged.

You will have to cover the cost of returning the items and this will be not be refunded. Goods remain your full responsibility whilst in transit. If after our inspection we feel your refund request is valid we will refund you for these items at the price you paid on day of ordering. We do not refund any postage charges unless it’s an error on our part in which case we will refund the shipping.
